Hikari Sushi Bar

Some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. Good quality stuff. Small restaurant capacity and quite popular so there’s going to be a wait if you go during peak hours. The servers were super nice and helpful. Prices are pretty standard for sushi but definitely worth it if you choose all-you-can-eat and order at least 3 rolls. I love the all you can eat sushi, it's pretty much always fresh! Kind of a hit or miss with the baked oysters though, (too small or not fresh). I've had mixed encounters with the staff where they are either too busy or they don't have a good attitude. Sometimes the staff are friendly, either way, the sushi is amazing that's the only reason I keep going!
